HAIR EXTENSION SPECIALIST / HAIR STYLIST (PART TIME OR FULL TIME)

We are currently expanding because we are growing at a rapid pace. We are looking for a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working hairstylist who specializes in hair extensions, color, and textured hair. Our goal is to help you increase your income while maintaining a flexible schedule. We are an appointment-based salon. We are constantly educating our staff on new trends and how to perfect their craft. We’ll help you become a 6 figure hairstylist in no time like the rest of our staff. We offer:

•  Commission-based. (ability to make 75,000+/year)
• Work 4-5 days/week (Saturday is a must) options: Open 5 days a week
•  Commissions on retail
•  A good flow of clients will help you in building your clientele

Candidate Requirements:

• NJ Cosmetology license
• 3+ years experience
• Has Excellent customer service
• Experience with different hair textures & hair extension techniques
• Excellent customer service
• Experience in selling retail product add-ons
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Experience with color, cutting
• Knows how to silk press/Dominican blowout
• Spanish Speaking
• Self MOTIVATED a must, willing to collaborate on promotional and educational programs Building a Brand is a Plus

Pay:

• $50,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
• Un-Capped Commission
